At the end of this pre­sen­ta­tion you will have answers to the fol­low­ing questions:

- Can I exercise?

- What is the real­is­tic out­come I can expect from exercising?

- Are there any risks involved in some exercises?

All are invited! You will be able to have a gen­eral idea on the sort of exer­cises you can do depend­ing on the stage of the ill­ness, includ­ing cardio-​respiratory exer­cises, strength­en­ing and flex­i­bil­ity exer­cises. You will also learn when to stop doing cer­tain exer­cises and to replace it with some­thing more appropriate.
