Mind­ful­ness Meditation

Intro­duc­tion to Bor­der­line Per­son­al­ity Dis­or­der for Caregivers

This intro­duc­tion will pro­vide basic knowl­edge on BPD: what it is, what are some of the chal­lenges, and what can be done to reduce con­flicts.Sep­tem­ber 12; 6-​8pm at the AMI office

The Recov­ery work­shop for care­givers will intro­duce you to what you can do as you help your rel­a­tive man­age his ill­ness, and what you can do to sus­tain your own health. A good place to start! Sep­tem­ber 14, 6-​8pm at the AMI office
Fam­ily Con­nec­tions: BPD for Caregivers

Look­ing for some­thing more in depth? This inten­sive pro­gram will help fam­i­lies cope bet­ter with Bor­der­line Per­son­al­ity Dis­or­der in a loved one. It starts Sep­tem­ber 16 and includes two full week­end days and five week­day evenings.
