Would you like to learn to be 10% hap­pier, or even more? Join us to learn and prac­tice mind­ful­ness med­i­ta­tion. Open to both peo­ple liv­ing with men­tal ill­ness and their fam­i­lies and loved ones.

Intro­duc­tion to Bor­der­line Per­son­al­ity Dis­or­der for Caregivers

This intro­duc­tion will pro­vide basic knowl­edge on BPD: what it is, what are some of the chal­lenges, and what can be done to reduce conflicts.

Enhanc­ing Resilience

Improve your abil­ity to face dif­fi­cult sit­u­a­tions and sup­port oth­ers in recov­er­ing from try­ing times. Join us as we explore resilience together and learn how to enhance or strengthen yours. For fam­i­lies and friends of those liv­ing with men­tal illness.

Fam­ily Con­nec­tions: BPD for Caregivers

This inten­sive pro­gram will help fam­i­lies cope bet­ter with Bor­der­line Per­son­al­ity Dis­or­der in a loved one. It starts April 22 and includes two full week­end days and five week­day evenings.

Griev­ing Men­tal Illness

When a loved one suf­fers from severe men­tal ill­ness, fam­i­lies may need time to grieve the loss of the per­son who was, and the loss of the per­son who may never be, before they can move on. Learn more at our next Teleworkshop.
